Germany Travel Tips

Germany is one of the most attractive European cities like Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt. If you’re traveling to Germany give you a few tips to help you keep everything organized and make the most of your trip. Notes:

- Passport and visa: If you are a citizen of the European Union will have to have the passport. Watch the expiration date either of the two so you do not expire during your stay there as it can lead to problems at airports. Bring a copy of each document and store them in different places in case you lose the originals.

- Time: The time is the same as in most of Europe and the same as in Spain (except Canary Islands). Working life begins at 9 am and ends at 18pm, although the malls are closed at 22h. The nightlife ends earlier than in Spain.

- Languages: The official language is German, which is not very easy indeed as you may have many accents and pronunciations. Yet in many places also speak English so that you take a few phrases in German can understand you.

- Roads: There are almost endless highways, all free and in very good condition.

- Food: Definitely the sausages are the most typical product and have no less than 1,000 different types made from all types of meat and cooked in every way possible. Drink, beer takes the cake and you can take authentic delicacies.

- Currency: There you can pay in Euros so great because you will not have to change currency. Of course, keep in mind that life there is a bit more expensive than in Spain.

- Climate: Its winters are very cold and have a negative record of -20 degrees Celsius. In summer the weather is more pleasant and warm, so is the ideal season to travel, although in spring and autumn temperatures can also find “decent”.

- Airports: There are 14 airports and 8 of them are international (Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Hannover).
